Had to wait for flooring installer to come and of course he was a few hours late. Took off about 1:45pm, ran north on the parkway wasn't paying attention and ran past the three and a have point. Then I realized I had a conference call at 3 o'clock yicks I had to move out fast! I hardly stoped to get a drink. Well I did get back at 3:07 and broke  into the conference call, my superviser didn't sound pleased but I did get a little speed workout.:)

Sylvie, speed work the hard way, your late, your late, for a very important date, without the mad hatter.

Are you guys doing some remodeling? Sounds like fun, except for the waiting and the mess and the expense, etc.... Way to get the speed workout in!
