First all the good things about my run;  it was a pretty nice sunny day, it was my day off work, I had all day to run and work out in our gym down stairs. Now the bad things; my asma was  bad today, Sammy was slow and stuburn, my hamstring problem was worse and streaching didn't help., I had no energy and felt like giving up. That being said I made it to five miles and I'm glad I did it.

Great job persevering! Sometimes it is all we can do. Keep up the great work!!

It's easy to find the hard and bad things about a run, but way to find the good things too! It's hard to run when you have to keep motivating the snow dog!

Sylvie, you will get back with it, slow and easy in this cold weather, don't take a chance on pulling the hammy more.

The snow dog has been the slow dog lately. She only wants to run fast when we have 6 inches of snow to run in.

It was nice to run today after this weekend playing with kiddie toys.
