Finally got out to run after work, ran south on the parkway with the snow dog. Still pretty cold the trail was trecherous in many places wish it would warm up enough to melt some.

I'm thinking it may be my fault the snow is not melting. I have a darling snowman picture hanging on the front of my house that says, "Star light, star bright, please don't let me melt tonight." I got it last year and the winter was terrible cold. Maybe I ought to not have this up anymore.

Sylvie, glad to see the hammy is better. Is it time to kick by butt on those surprise fartlek surges? I will be ready.
