Short-Term Running Goals:
Set a PR at St.George 2008, get faster without injury
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run forever, enjoy with wind in my hair, smell the roses on each run and keep running fun.
Personal:
Three sons, two of them have run the St.George Marathon.
What a beautiful day!! I ran north three miles on the parkway, pushed hard on all the hills, passed three runners as fast as I could. I have only a little pain but I'm going to up my miles slowly.
I love, love, passing runners. There should be a running code of ethics. If you being followed, you cannot stop until the runner behind you gives up or you are passed. Maybe this could be a BS Rool.
I was going pretty slow untill I saw the first runner, picked it up a little she wasn't going too fast though. But the next one was a guy I just had to chick him. I didn't have my Garim so I don't know my pace for sure. I do love to pass runners.
What fun to pass three runners as fast as you can! They probably wondered what that little flash of lightning was the flew past them! Hope you are looking forward to Strider's.
Kim good to hear from you, wish I was a flash of lightning sometimes. I am looking forward to Strider's and staying at the Red Moose Lodge and seeing you guys!
