Sammy didn't want to run so I ran four miles north on the parkway alone. But it was a beautiful day! Sunny with a lot of south wind (good resistence training). Saw quite a few other runners and wondered if they were running saturday's SL race. Had time to wonder about a lot of things, how come ducks and geese get so tame this time of year they just watch as I run by with in a few feet? And many other silly wonderings. I felt good but still had siatica after.

Bye bye:)

Sylvie, sounds like a great day to run. Some days, just darn Kool to be out with nature. Very nice run.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out
