I ran three loops first loop south with Sammy, second east up a pretty steep hill and down, the third north on the parkway. Inbetween a short drink break, I felt good most of the time but tired out on the last loop.

I plan to do the hill loop nearly every run to change up my training.

Sylive, better to be tough on the hills than over the hill. Good work, setting an example for B.

Thanks Kim, I will need all the luck I can get, since I haven't run 9.3 miles for months. I'm just going to look at this race as a training run and do the best I can.
