Good run after putting back everything in the kitchen (we are in the middle of painting almost the whole house). Nice overcast day first I ran south on the parkway with little Sammy then I ran north on the parkway not to many runners more dog walkers. Hope saturday is good running good weather and good fun.

Bye bye :)

Sylvie, good weather and good fun, yes, yes, yes. Nice MP miles.

As the weather gets better, you get much better, I had better stay in gear.

Beached whales, duck paddlers in the lazy river. My imagination had me in some weird water world. I am going nuts not running.
