Some days, you just don't have energy, those days sometimes turn out to be great runs.  Started the run feeling like crap, thought about it for a few minutes and decided it would be a good test to run hard while feeling like crap.  May not make sense, but, good practice for races and teh end of a marathon.  As it turns out, great effort and felt good after the run.  How much does the mind control the body, attitude, attitude, attidue.
