Fun morning, supported Brent in a Tri, kinda owed him for his sag wagon duties, he did really well, all out effort.  I am never surprised with his effort, even during tough times.  Ran in the heat of the day, Brent as Sag wagon, beautiful day, stopped  and sat in the grass for a break.

Annual race for me and Brent, ran the exact time to the second as I ran in 2006.  Don't know if that is good or bad.  Ran a 7:05 first mile, out like a rocket.  I always go out too fast in a 5k.  Got the hill at about 1.5 and had to work because of my breathing.  Darn Brent caught me on the hill, yelled your a beast and he said come on.  I tried to chase him down, almost got him before the next 1/2 grandual hill.  No catching Brent on the hills, he ran good today.  I think he could get fast again for 5Ks, he has the guts.  We both took 1st in our divisions, won a nights stay at the quality inn, gave it to my son's girl friend for her birthday.

Nice 10 mile run, hill loop around Bullion, north a mile and back to the Condos and home.  Felt tired the second half of the run.  St.george getting close.

Last long run before St.George, nice to get it done.  Felt good most of the run, practiced Chi running and keeping a good pace.   This was my best long run of the year. yeah.   Brent was my Sag wagon for 22 miles, he is a great supporting partner.
