Annual race for me and Brent, ran the exact time to the second as I ran in 2006.  Don't know if that is good or bad.  Ran a 7:05 first mile, out like a rocket.  I always go out too fast in a 5k.  Got the hill at about 1.5 and had to work because of my breathing.  Darn Brent caught me on the hill, yelled your a beast and he said come on.  I tried to chase him down, almost got him before the next 1/2 grandual hill.  No catching Brent on the hills, he ran good today.  I think he could get fast again for 5Ks, he has the guts.  We both took 1st in our divisions, won a nights stay at the quality inn, gave it to my son's girl friend for her birthday.
