It may be crazy, what is a 55 year old lady doing going like a mad women at the start of the race?   Just another day at the races.  Downhil is the money miles for me, my inhaler can attest to the trouble with the uphills.  I did not expect to place today, last couple weeks of my current division, ususally the old ladies of the division give way to the newbies.

I was surprised with my hubby's time, but I shouldn't be, he is the biggest sand bagger.  The race director likely had to clean up the course after Brent left the sand out there.   We talked to Josse for a minute, very sweet person and very good runner.

closing - quads sore as heck, got a massage yesterday, See you at the races.

Sylvie - great race, 300 commando points for the second place finish, you are amazingly consistent, keep up the great training, you have a good shot at placing STG.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

By the way, gained on you a little, look over your shoulder.

Nice job Sylvie! I may have to agree with the 'sand bagger' comment :) Brent always seems to underestimate himself!! CONGRATS on the 'last' AG win. Now YOU get to be the newbie and take them all :)
